A: A 100% refund including our fee is given out no more than 24 hours after the convention ends.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes, 75% of our current customers are all overseas. As stated in the services section, shipping in the USA is free. Overseas and Canada shipping is exact. If it helps, we will hold items for you to save on shipping. We do this for several of our customers.
Q: Are there CGC fees at CSA hosted VIP events?
A: Yes, the event will be advertised with the creators waiving their CGC signing fee. However you are still expected to pay the CGC grading fees, if you wish to submit books. In addition there is a $5.00 witness fee for books being submitted at these events. This fee is to compensate our CGC employee for the extra time spent at these events outside of a normal work day at an already busy convention.
Q: Can I submit my books for CGC SS under my own account?
A: Yes, please include your dealer number or a completed CGC form. Your fee will be significantly less if you submit under your own account. If you are attending an after hours CSA vip hosted event please be aware that books subbed in your own account are subject to a $5.00 witness fee. This fee is not waived by partaking in the event. This fee is to pay our CGC witness for the time they are working after hours.
Q: How long does it take you to ship an item that I purchase?
A: All items ship within 48 hours of arriving from CGC. CGC turn around time is 4-6 weeks from the end of the Con. If an item is being pressed please add 20 weeks to the turn around time.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Cash, Check, Money Order, Paypal and Credit Cards via paypal.
Q: How do I get your creators to my store or show?
A: Simply send us an email with the name of the creators you would like to have visit. We will send you back their Travel, Lodging and Any fees they may have for signings.
